Shipping policy.

Before payment

Novan reviews the destination and states the available shipping method, charge, and expected processing information in the written confirmation. Do not send payment until those details are disclosed.

Processing and tracking

Processing begins only after payment is confirmed and the request is accepted. When tracking is supported for the selected shipment, the tracking information is provided after carrier handoff. Carrier estimates are not delivery guarantees.

Address review

Submit a complete deliverable address. A requested change after carrier handoff may not be possible and may create additional charges.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect shipment

Email support@novanpeptides.com with the order ID and relevant packaging photographs so the shipment and carrier record can be reviewed.

Unable to fulfill

If payment was accepted but an accepted item cannot be fulfilled, Novan will provide a refund of the unfulfilled amount unless the customer agrees in writing to a replacement or credit. No substitution is made without written approval.
