Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect customer-provided address information may not be eligible for replacement.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available. Carrier scans and delivery timing are controlled by the carrier after handoff.

Products should be moved to appropriate storage promptly after delivery. Transit exposure, courier delays, or delivery timing may affect packaging appearance and are outside direct control once shipped.
