Information collected

Novan collects information you submit, including contact details, shipping address, requested items, payment preference, referral source, notes, and order ID. The site also records limited operational events such as page, session, referral, and request activity. Do not submit medical information, card numbers, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive data.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics remains off unless you choose “Allow” in the site’s compact analytics notice. The site records that preference in your browser. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled.

How information is used

Information is used to validate and respond to requests, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, confirm inventory and documentation, communicate about payment and shipping, fulfill accepted orders, maintain required records, and improve the website.

Service providers

Novan may use hosting, email, analytics, payment, fraud-prevention, and shipping providers as needed for those functions. Novan does not sell customer lists.

Retention

Unconverted request records are generally retained for up to 24 months. Accepted transaction and fulfillment records may be retained for up to seven years for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Analytics retention is targeted at 14 months. Records may be retained longer when reasonably required for a dispute, investigation, or legal obligation.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing support@novanpeptides.com. Some records cannot be deleted while legally or operationally required.

Security

Novan uses access controls and service-provider safeguards designed to protect stored information, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
