Because Novan Peptides products are research materials, all sales are generally final once an order is confirmed and prepared for fulfillment.

Before fulfillment

If an order has not yet been packed, shipped, or otherwise prepared, cancellation requests may be reviewed. Approval is not guaranteed.

Unavailable inventory

If inventory is unavailable after an order request, Novan may offer an alternative, waitlist, credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Damaged or missing shipment

Issues must be reported promptly with photos of packaging, label, and contents. Replacement or resolution decisions are handled case by case.

No returns for misuse

Products are not eligible for return or refund due to improper storage, misuse, unauthorized use, customer handling, or customer failure to follow applicable laws and research-use restrictions.
