Refunds and cancellations.

Before payment

An availability request creates no payment obligation. You may withdraw it before following payment instructions by replying with the Novan order ID.

Before carrier handoff

Request cancellation as soon as possible. If preparation or carrier transfer has already started, Novan will explain any limitation that affects the request.

Novan cannot fulfill

If payment was accepted but an accepted item cannot be fulfilled, Novan will provide a refund of the unfulfilled amount unless the customer agrees in writing to a replacement or credit. Substitutions require written approval.

Incorrect, damaged, or missing shipment

Email support@novanpeptides.com with the order ID and supporting photographs when relevant. Novan will review the inventory and carrier record and provide a written resolution.

Prohibited use

Refunds are not based on therapeutic expectations, patient outcomes, or prohibited human or animal use. Nothing represented by Novan is offered for those purposes.
